1. How to register

Registration is required for all participants. Please fill in the registration form here.

2. Registration Fees

   • Student Fee:  R$ 80,00  (Brazilian Reais)   or  R$ 160,00  (Brazilian Reais)   [including social dinner]

   • Regular Fee (Professors/Researchers/Others):   R$ 300,00  (Brazilian Reais)   [including social dinner] 

   • As explained in the registration form, people from institutions in Brazil should pay the fee via PIX  ( key:  workshoponpdes@ufscar.br ) and attach the payment receipt to the registration form (or send it by email to workshoponpdes@ufscar.br ).

   • For people from foreign institutions the fee should be paid in cash (local currency, in Brazilian reais) during the workshop, if possible, in the first day with our registration desk team.

4. Travel Information

The participants are recommended to arrive at Guarulhos International Airport in São Paulo (GRU) or at Viracopos Airport in Campinas. There exist public transportation options available from both airports:

4. • From GRU Airport (São Paulo):  One should take the "Airport Service Bus" (https://www.airportbusservice.com.br) from the airport to "Tiete Bus Station" ("Rodoviaria do Tiete"). At "Tiete Bus Station" it is possible to take a bus to São Carlos. The bus service from São Paulo to São Carlos is provided by two companies: "Empresa Cruz" (http://www.empresacruz.com.br/) and "Viacao Cometa" (http://www.viacaocometa.com.br).

   • From Viracopos International Airport (Campinas): One should take a bus, operated by "Lirabus" (https://www.lirabus.com.br), from the airport to Campinas Bus Station ("Rodoviaria de Campinas"). At the bus station it is possible to take a bus to São Carlos. The bus service from Campinas to São Carlos is provided by two companies: "Empresa Cruz" (http://www.empresacruz.com.br/) and "Viacao Cometa"(http://www.viacaocometa.com.br).

5. Short communications and Poster Sessions

Graduate students, young researchers and postdocs are encouraged to present a poster or a short oral communication on their work in progress or complete results in PDEs or related fields. To submit an abstract, please fill in the registration form  (as in 1. above, again here.)   Deadline:  November 19th, 2025.

6. Venue

The UFSCar Workshop on PDEs - 2025 edition will be held at the Departamento de Matemática of the Universidade Federal de São Carlos at São Carlos, Brazil.
